IEBlog : Internet Explorer 7 User Agent String
“IE7 running on Longhorn will send the following User-Agent header:Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0b; Windows NT 6.0)“
Well, now I’ll know how to identify it when I see it. The IE6 UA string is something like: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1) when the request is made from XP.
